Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Ashfall: A Dark Fantasy Deckbuilder (the “Game”), provided by Ashfall (“we”, “us”, “our”), handles information. In short: Ashfall is a single-player, offline game. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data about you, and the Game has no user accounts, logins, or online services.

1. Information We Collect

None. The Game does not ask for, collect, or transmit personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, or advertising identifiers. It contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no tracking or telemetry, and it does not create an account or profile for you.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

The Game saves your run progress, scores, unlocked content, and settings locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device, is not readable by us, and is not backed up to any server we control. Deleting the Game or clearing its data permanently erases this local data.

3. Purchases

If the Game offers optional in-app purchases, those transactions are processed entirely by the app store you downloaded the Game from (for example, Google Play). We do not receive or store your payment details. Any information you provide during a purchase is handled by the store under its own privacy policy — see Google’s Privacy Policy.

4. Information Handled by the App Store

When you download, install, or purchase the Game, the app store may collect information (such as install and crash diagnostics or purchase records) in accordance with its own policies. This processing is carried out by the store, not by us, and is governed by the store’s privacy policy. If you enable optional crash or diagnostics sharing at the operating-system level, your device may send aggregated, non-identifying diagnostic reports to the platform provider.

5. Children’s Privacy

The Game does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because we collect no personal data at all, no special data-collection concerns arise for younger players.

6. Your Rights

Because we do not collect or hold any personal data about you, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, export, or delete. You remain in full control of the Game’s local data through your device (by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling it). For purchase records or platform-level data, contact the relevant app store.

7. Future Changes to Data Practices

Ashfall is actively developed. We may, in a future update, introduce optional features that involve online services — for example, user accounts, cloud saves, leaderboards, or authentication. If and when the Game begins to collect or process personal data, we will update this Privacy Policy to describe what is collected, why, and how it is protected, and — where required — ask for your consent before any such collection begins. The current version of this policy, with its effective date, will always be available on this page.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Game after an update takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
